Seeking an Onsite Lead – MSP Platform Support to drive operational excellence across enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT, Moveworks, and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) on AWS and Azure

This role is a hands‑on Project Lead position with strong coordination and leadership responsibilities. The individual will act as the primary onsite point of accountability, leading offshore teams, ensuring platform stability, and owning governance, compliance, and operational delivery for enterprise AI services.

The role reports to the Director of Advanced Technologies and plays a critical role in enabling scalable, secure, and compliant AI adoption across the enterprise.

• Own day‑to‑day operations of enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT, Moveworks, and MLOps platforms across AWS and Azure
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance through monitoring and proactive issue resolution
• Manage platform configuration, access, and integrations

• Lead offshore engineering and support teams with clear accountability and delivery tracking
• Drive sprint execution, daily standups, and backlog management
• Serve as escalation point for production issues

• Drive governance for ChatGPT and Moveworks platforms
• Ensure policy enforcement, audit readiness, and data security compliance
• Partner with Info Sec, Legal, and Privacy stakeholders

• Oversee MLOps platforms across AWS and Azure
• Manage model pipelines, workflows, and environments
• Implement monitoring and failure recovery mechanisms

• Act as communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide clear updates on platform health and risks
• Analyze platform usage and performance trends
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in platform operations or cloud engineering
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and AI/ML systems

Preferred:

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Moveworks, Amazon Quick, Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling and AI governance frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership and ownership mindset
• Execution and delivery focus
