Fly Quest is seeking a creative and plugged‑in Short Form Producer/Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and editing engaging short‑form content that resonates with the League of Legends and the broader gaming community. From memes to match moments, you’ll help shape Fly Quest’s digital voice across Tik Tok, Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other Social Media platforms.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll help elevate our storytelling, capture our community, and bring out the fun and personality of our players and brand.

• Concept, script, produce, and edit short‑form videos tailored for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts.
• Source and cut clips from long‑form content such as VODs, voice comms, vlogs, or Let’s Plays.
• Ensure content aligns with Fly Quest’s tone, values, and the League of Legends community culture.
• Stay up‑to‑date on current memes, internet trends, and community discussions.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fun, original ideas that highlight our players and fanbase.
• Organize, tag, and manage raw and edited assets for internal use.

• 1+ year of experience editing short‑form content (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere. Bonus of knowledge working with After Effects and Photoshop experience.
• Strong familiarity with gameplay, content, and community culture across various titles.
• Trend awareness, especially meme formats and creator styles.
• Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to participate in voice comms and team content.
• Passion for Fly Quest’s mission and gaming culture.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.

The pay range provided reflects a good‑faith estimate for this position in accordance with California’s Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law.
