We are looking for an experienced Infor Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Infor HCM/Payroll
, functional configuration, payroll data analysis, and testing.

• Current & valid Infor Certification (HCM, Payroll, or related Infor module) – Mandatory
• Hands‑on experience with Infor Payroll or Infor HCM
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes
• Experience with configuration, business rules, workflows, and system settings
• Payroll data analysis, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
• System configuration validation and defect management
• Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and releases
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Configure and maintain Infor application modules
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
• Analyze payroll data and ensure payroll accuracy
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate defect resolution
• Support upgrades, releases, and post‑production activities
• Prepare configuration and testing documentation
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver quality solutions
