We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Technical Specialist to make a profound impact on our marketing ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in AI/ML and data analytics to optimize and scale marketing operations, driving efficiency and delivering strategic insights that reach millions of users. Your work will directly shape how communications and automation are delivered across various services, transforming data into actionable strategies and improving overall user engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI/ML solutions to identify ecosystem patterns and resolve complex business and operational challenges.
  • Extract critical insights and develop robust predictive systems to inform strategic decision‑making, encompassing algorithm selection, meticulous feature engineering, and rigorous model performance evaluation and fine‑tuning.
  • Take ownership of end‑to‑end AI/ML technical development, from roadmap definition and scoping to model creation, API integration, ensuring data collection integrity, and managing data pipelines.
  • Guarantee the reliability of findings by validating data integrity and accuracy throughout the entire analysis lifecycle.
  • Design and maintain automated reports and insightful dashboards that deliver timely and accurate information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML design and implementation.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML models, including deep learning and neural networks, to solve business problems and enhance decision‑making.
  • Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) integration and practical application of techniques such as prompt engineering.
  • A solid foundation in programming languages including Python (with libraries like Pandas, Num Py, Scikit‑learn), R, and SQL.
  • In‑depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forests, neural networks) and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in data wrangling (cleaning, transformation), feature engineering, and data manipulation.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • A BA/BS degree or an advanced degree in Data Science, Engineering, or Analytics, or equivalent practical work experience.

  • A proven track record of challenging the status quo with data‑driven results and exceptional cross‑functional execution.
  • Skilled in advanced data analysis and creating impactful visualizations using tools like Tableau.
