Sr. Solutions Architect, Media & Entertainment, Games and Sports (MEGS

Description

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join AWS's Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports vertical. This role will focus on helping studio, post-production, and content creation customers adopt AI services and architectures to transform their creative and operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on experience with AI/ML with a strong understanding of how content is made in Hollywood from development through post-production and distribution.

You will be the bridge between AWS AI capabilities and the real-world challenges facing studios, VFX houses, and content creators.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to major studio and content creation customers on GenAI adoption strategies
• Design and architect solutions leveraging cloud solutions for media workflows (script analysis, content generation, VFX pipeline automation, metadata enrichment, dubbing/localization, etc.)
• Build and deliver proof-of-concept implementations, reference architectures, and technical content tailored to studio audiences
• Partner with AWS service teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
• Collaborate with Account Solutions Architects and Account Managers to identify and progress solutions that deliver value to customers
• Present at industry events and create thought leadership content
• Contribute to internal enablement and upskilling peers on M&E workflow solutions
• Engage with partner ISVs and SIs in building solutions

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 2+ years of practical machine learning experience
• Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working directly with studios, post-production facilities, VFX companies, or media technology vendors
• Excellent communication skills - ability to present complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and creative executives

• Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud Dev Ops Engineering)
• Direct experience with large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, or multimodal…
