Senior Payroll Consultant​/Analyst (Temp

We're seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our client, a global entertainment company in Culver City. This role involves leading complex transformation initiatives within a highly unionized environment. The position is HYBRID in Culver City, A; and 4+ months in duration. It offers an excellent opportunity to drive strategic system upgrades and operational improvements.

• Direct large-scale initiatives focused on transforming time and attendance systems.
• Oversee governance structures, project timelines, risk management, and detailed reporting for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, execution, and review cycles.
• Serve as an expert on union payroll and timekeeping policies, interpreting collective bargaining agreements and configuring system rules accordingly.

• Over a decade of experience in payroll, time & attendance, and implementing related systems.
• Proven background working in environments with unionized workforce settings.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Infor, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities and data management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale system transformation projects.
