Our client, a dynamic leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Business Solutions department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

California, Culver City (In-office presence required 14 days a month, including 3 days a week plus every other Monday)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, ensuring seamless communication and support
• Lead discovery, scoping, and requirements-gathering sessions independently to understand business needs
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows supporting label, marketing, and release operations
• Write specifications and requirements for integrations with internal Sony Music systems
• Lead data migrations and test solutions with end users, incorporating feedback to optimize outcomes

• 5-8 years of experience in business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, or enterprise no-code/low-code platform administration
• Proven ability to work independently with senior business stakeholders
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience with data migrations and automation tools
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and business units simultaneously
