Scrum Master​/Project Manager

We’re seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to support a dynamic finance team for our entertainment client. This 6 month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and foster team growth in an agile environment. The role is hybrid in Culver City, CA.

• Guide and mentor Scrum teams in applying Agile practices to deliver quality products.
• Support team development towards high performance by identifying improvement areas and coaching accordingly.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to Scrum principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, as well as backlog refinement as needed.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of product or project development experience within an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Intermediate experience with JIRA, preferably as an Administrator.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including those resistant to change.
• Demonstrates strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Passionate advocate for Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
