As an Insurance Agent Team Member, you will:

• Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions

• Sell and cross-sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain lasting client relationships

• Achieve or exceed monthly production and performance objectives

• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, underwriting, and industry trends

We’re searching for a proactive sales professional with outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing goals

• Property & Casualty License preferred (not required but willing to obtain)

• Life & Health License preferred (not required but willing to obtain)

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

• Bilingual skills are a plus
