Description

We are partnering with a leading plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm seeking a skilled civil litigation attorney to join their team in Los Angeles. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires expertise in civil litigation and a strong ability to handle legal writing and motion drafting.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and revise motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

- Conduct thorough research to support legal arguments and case strategies.

- Manage discovery processes, including drafting responses and reviewing materials.

- Collaborate with clients and team members to address case-specific needs.

- Analyze case details and develop strategies for successful outcomes.

Requirements

- Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials

- 3+ years in civil litigation

- Ability to work hybrid in the L.A. office
