Job Description

* ** who will report to the
* Supply Chain Manager
* on the Supply Chain team. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of material planning, purchasing execution, supplier coordination, and follow-through to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, supplier management experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is based at Silvus Technologies’ Warehouse in the heart of vibrant
** Culver City, CA**, and is on a hybrid schedule.  A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take full ownership of the procurement process from demand planning through purchase order execution and post-delivery follow-through.
* Analyze material requirements to support production requirements, inventory levels, and forecasts to ensure timely procurement of materials and manufacturing supplies.
* Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor and expedite open orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials required for    production.
* Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve material shortages.
* Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations on pricing, lead times, delivery commitments, and service levels.
* Track supplier performance and proactively resolve delivery, quality, and supply chain issues, escalating critical concerns to management as needed to minimize operational risk and ensure continuity of supply.
* Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, returns, and    non-conforming materials.
* Maintain accurate procurement records, ERP/MRP system data, and inventory parameters. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
* Support new product introductions (NPI) by sourcing components and coordinating supplier readiness.
