* As an Electronics Quality Technician I, you will play a vital role in supporting quality assurance, inspection, rework, and repair activities for cutting-edge electronic and wireless communication products. This hands-on position is perfect for candidates with electronics manufacturing experience and strong soldering skills. You'll be a key player in ensuring compliance with IPC standards and engineering requirements while helping to maintain the highest quality objectives.

** 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM*
* +  
** Second

Shift:
** Monday-Friday,  
** 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM*
* ** Compensation:*

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* +  
** Inspection:
** Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic assemblies.

+  
** Soldering & Repair:
** Conduct soldering, desoldering, touch-up, rework, and repair activities on through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.

+  
** Compliance:
** Identify workmanship defects and verify compliance with IPC standards, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

+  
** Documentation:
** Support quality investigations by documenting nonconformances and assisting with root cause analysis activities.

+

* Collaboration:

** Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve product quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.

* Required Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

+ Minimum of  
** 1 year
** of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, inspection, rework, or repair

+ Demonstrated soldering and desoldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and basic schematics

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Current IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 Certification

+ Experience performing advanced rework and repair of PCB assemblies

+ Familiarity with RF, wireless communications, or electronics manufacturing environments

+ Hands-on soldering/rework assessment
