About the Position
The Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Care Unit (NCU) provides specialized nursing care to newborns requiring medical monitoring and treatment. Responsibilities include assessing neonatal conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and IV therapy, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams. The RN supports families through education and emotional guidance while ensuring a safe, high-quality, and compassionate care environment.
Requirements
Requirements (Points):
• Active RN license (State or Compact)
• BLS required (NRP preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of NCU/NICU experience
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
