Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Join Our National Network as a Part Time/Full Time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP). Whether you’re seeking flexibility or envisioning a pathway to a rewarding part‑time or full‑time role, we offer the tools and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&D, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4–5 patients per hour.
- 401(k) match: 2% employer match.
- Weekend & holiday differential: 6.1% bonus on top of base hourly rate.
- Productivity bonuses: up to 28% of base salary.

Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Sabbatical, Disability, and Paid Parental Leave. - Full‑time salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $96,330 – $133,770 base, $96,330 – $171,225 with productivity bonus.
- Part‑time salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $64,220 – $89,180 base, $64,220 – $101,665 with productivity bonus.

Qualifications- Physician Assistant:
Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. - Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT certification (a course and exam fee will be covered by Carbon).
- BLS certification before first day with Carbon Health.
