About Tia
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people rather than as separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across in‑person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes and creating a better experience for patients and providers.
About the RoleWe are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, in‑person care at our Culver City clinic.
We welcome providers from a range of clinical backgrounds, including:
- Primary care providers who are interested in caring for women across their lifespan
- Women’s health or gynecology-focused providers
- Broadly trained providers who are comfortable managing both primary care and gynecologic needs
Your patient mix will reflect your experience, training, and clinical strengths. Depending on your background, you may provide primary care, gynecology and reproductive healthcare, or a combination of visit types.
This is an ideal opportunity for a provider who values whole‑person care and wants to work within an integrated model where primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness are closely connected.
