We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about delivering excellent care and being a part of a team that truly makes a difference.
What You'll DoAs a CNA, you will:
Provide high-quality direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff promptly.
Ensure residents' rooms and living areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.
Foster a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and their families.
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to achieve care goals.
Current California CNA certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus - but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!
