Burlingtonconvalescent is hiring a Primary Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) in the Nursing department. The RNA performs restorative nursing with residents, under supervision of the Charge Nurse, to maximize mobility and independence. Must have CNA background, RNA certificate, and current First Aid/CPR.
Position requires bilingual teamwork, strong documentation, and adherence to care plans, with AM shift and a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour, non-exempt under FLSA.
