The Part Time Health Center Kitchen Attendant and Secretary is responsible for daily kitchen duties and for providing clerical support in the Culver Academies Health Center. Kitchen duties involve serving food to patients and Health Center Staff and maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness and necessary inventory of supplies. Clerical support duties require computer proficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with parents while maintaining a high level of confidentiality as there is constant exposure to sensitive and confidential medical information.

High School Diploma or High School Equivalent required;
Have at least one year of general office work experience and previous experience in a commercial kitchen;
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

The employee in this position must be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday as well as be willing to take on-call shifts occasionally. Experience in food service is desired but not required.
