Event and Brand Assistant

We are seeking an energetic Event and Brand Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and outreach activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active environment, meeting new people, representing a company, and gaining hands-on experience in events, customer service, and business development.

• Help organize event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Create positive customer experiences during events and outreach activities.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to team members.
• Support follow-up activities with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
