Security Officer - Healthcare Hospital Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity and/or policy violations that may help to deter incidents.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical-related alerts as directed, and/or requests for assistance from hospital personnel.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management tasks as assigned, such as directing foot traffic, verifying identification when required by post orders, and/or helping maintain orderly lobby and waiting areas.;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts, and assist with investigations by documenting facts and preserving information per site procedures.
