Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, patient care areas, entrances, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor way finding and/or access verification per site policy;
Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs, operate site communication systems, and follow chain-of-command notifications for alarms, disturbances, lost and found, and other security-related events;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed
