Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Unit

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public emergency contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and public-facing areas, document routine activities and notable incidents, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence;
Support daily operations at a municipal location by providing directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
