Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vendor arrivals in accordance with property protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for occupants and guests.;
Assist with security-related incident reporting, foot patrol activity, and follow-up on property-related issues such as unsecured doors, lighting concerns, and other conditions observed during assigned rounds.
