Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in a professional manner, helping to support authorized entry procedures within a fast-paced technology, media, and/or telecommunications location;
Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site personnel
