Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts
