Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property grounds, building exteriors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns, hazardous conditions, and security-related issues to the appropriate site contacts or Allied Universal supervision;
Maintain a professional presence while communicating clearly with visitors, tenants, contractors, and emergency responders as needed;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with site procedures
