Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, communicate applicable property policies, and report security-related concerns to site management and/or appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders
