, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine bike patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to ride a bike.
• Preferred: be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Preferred: be able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Preferred: be able to ride a bike for long periods of time.
• Preferred: have customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
