As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Control in Culver City, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic creative office location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while responding to security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial creative office location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports and promptly communicate incidents or maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
