We're a small, focused team that moves fast and operates with conviction. This is not a corporate role. It's a builder role.

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role located in Culver City, CA. We're hiring a Software Engineer to be the AI engineering force behind a fast-moving influencer tech company. You'll architect and build fully agentic workflows from the ground up, working with the most current tools in the AI stack and shaping how AI shows up across our product. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership — you'll design systems, ship code, and set technical direction in equal measure.

• Architect and design both backend and frontend systems
• Build and product ionize agentic workflows end-to-end
• Own high-volume data pipelines and the infrastructure powering rapid product growth
• Integrate and build ML models into backend systems and product workflows

• 2–5 years of backend or full‑stack engineering experience, with a strong track record as a hands‑on builder
• Experience helping a startup scale through a major growth or inflection point
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, Type Script, Python, Serverless, and React

  Docker, Postgres, and AWS (or equivalent cloud)
• Experience shipping AI solutions in production — Bedrock, Strands, Lang Chain, vector
• Expertise in distributed systems, serverless, and event‑driven architecture (SQS,
• Comfort owning technical direction while writing and reviewing code weekly

• Proven experience working with AI — claude-code / cursor / codex

• Background in martech, adtech, social/engagement tech, or B2B SaaS
• Experience integrating AI and automation into backend systems at scale
