Job Title
Tragen der Verantwortung für die Prozessstabilität unserer Quarztiegel
Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in Bezug auf Produktionsfluss und Produktivität
Begleitung von Testproduktionen in Absprache mit dem Abteilungsleiter (bei Bedarf auch im Schichtrhythmus)
Anwendung des QM-Systems nach DIN EN ISO 9000:2000 und Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen mit Six-Sigma
Datenpflege im SPC-System der Produktion, statistische Prozessauswertung und Aufbereitung von Qualitätsdaten
Aktive Mitarbeit an für den Bereich EHS (Emergency Health and Safety) relevanten Themen: FMEAs, MOCs, Sicherheitsabnahmen, Gefährdungsanalysen etc
