Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

• Support the Finance Manager in preparing and processing vehicle financing and leasing paperwork
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Verify customer information and maintain compliance with lending and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, and insurance providers to streamline approvals
• Track funding status and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with scheduling customer deliveries and managing deal flow
• Provide excellent customer service during the finance and delivery process
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in finance, banking, or automotive sales is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of finance and insurance products such as vehicle loans, leases, and extended warranties is advantageous
• Familiarity with credit application processes and credit scoring systems
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and finance software applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required to accommodate customer needs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
