Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
* Technical knowledge preferable associated with PBX and VOIP phone systems, ethernet and fiber networking, PC software and back office connectivity as well as CATV coax experience
* May assist local Technical Operations teams with additional tasks as approved by Commercial Supervisor
* PBX phone system and SIP phone experience desirable
* Familiarity with data center environments desirable
* Ability to carry, climb and work from a ladder
* Ability to occasionally work in outdoor environments
