Job DescriptionQualifications:
- Previous Injection Molding Technician experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ISO and SQF
- Can substitute for Molding Dept Supervisor, Material
- Handler, Mold changer, Utility and/or Inspector
- Medium Work:
Up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects - Repetitive Motion
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
- Reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting,
- Fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing,
Responsibilities:
- Set up, start up, and maintain production equipment
- Ensure Quality by verifying that production meets
- required specifications thru adjustments and
- documenting any changes to the process.
- Identify production, scrap & downtime & update Supervisor
- Assist Mold Changer, Utility, & Inspector and
- keep Supervisor/Lead Technician informed
- Assure daily preventive maintenance requirements
- Safety and Housekeeping
- Assist in training others
