Qualifications:

• Previous Injection Molding Technician experience preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO and SQF
• Can substitute for Molding Dept Supervisor, Material
• Handler, Mold changer, Utility and/or Inspector
• Medium Work:
  Up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects
• Repetitive Motion
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
• Reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting,
• Fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing,

Responsibilities:

• Set up, start up, and maintain production equipment
• Ensure Quality by verifying that production meets
• required specifications thru adjustments and
• documenting any changes to the process.
• Identify production, scrap & downtime & update Supervisor
• Assist Mold Changer, Utility, & Inspector and
• keep Supervisor/Lead Technician informed
• Assure daily preventive maintenance requirements
• Safety and Housekeeping
• Assist in training others
  
  Other duties as required
