Hourly Rate: $40-$55/hr (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and elevate the quality of care in our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Unit. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement goals, policies, and performance standards to enhance the quality of care in the LTC unit.
• Establish and maintain an efficient organizational structure to achieve clinical and operational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring high-quality services for both LTC and skilled nursing residents.
• Assist with the coordination of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process to optimize patient outcomes and facility operations.

Requirements:

✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of West Virginia
✓ BLS CPR Certification (must be up to date annually)
✓ 3+ years of management experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
✓ Prior experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in LTC
✓ Familiarity with the MDS process in LTC
