Are you a nurse or soon-to-be nurse ready for a dynamic role? Join our 7 South/Oncology Med/Surg Unit! We offer rotating shifts, a career ladder, and competitive pay based on your experience.
Our unit provides high-acuity patient care focusing on respiratory conditions, ENT surgeries, chemotherapy, and palliative/comfort care.
Minimum hiring rate: $36.50 (non BSN RN), $38.25 (BSN). Candidates will be placed into the appropriate title and pay rate by recruitment.

What we are looking for in an RN:
- Safe work practices, patient teaching, supporting new staff, continuous development
- Applying the nursing process, improving quality of care, identifying opportunities for quality improvement
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience, BSN preferred
- Good clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning of patients

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- UPMC-approved national certification preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Graduate Nurses will have 120 days from graduation to obtain the RN License
