As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise LPNs: Oversee and guide a team of LPNs in providing direct patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

  • Coordinate Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.

  • Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians.

  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.

  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • * Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Maryland.
