Responsibilities:Supervise LPNs: Oversee and guide a team of LPNs in providing direct patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
Coordinate Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians.
Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Maryland.
* At least [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience working as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
