Carry out quality assurance of production following the Quality Spot-check schedule;
Ensure all Quality Assurance is performed in compliance with ISO and SQF procedures;
Perform entrance control of critical product;
Notify production of problems and ensure documentation is completed;
Manage product holds and ensure correct marking and verification that issues are resolved
