Wills Hotel is looking for a full- and part-time Food Runner/Bar Back to join their team in Cumberland, Maryland! We’re looking for positive individuals to assist their fellow coworkers to ensure a smooth day of service while ensuring dining areas are clean and tables are set up properly.

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/resort preferred
• Physical stamina to walk and stand for the entire shift
• Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays

• Clear all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience.
• Assist Food Servers in serving the guests throughout their meal, observing the guests for any requests for service, clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area.
• Maintain cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
• Answer any guest questions and refer them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond accordingly.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance.
• Keep sight lines neat and organized.
• Sweep or mop as necessary.
• Serve ice water as necessary.
