Additional Compensation includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying prescription information
• Aiding customers in purchasing decisions
• Completing lens and eyewear orders
• Adhering to state regulations and licensing requirements where applicable
