Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Base+Commission/month

We are a fast-paced powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and outdoor equipment. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team.

The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts selection, ordering, and inventory support. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations between the parts and service departments while delivering excellent customer service.

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts and accessory needs
• Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems
• Process sales, special orders, and returns
• Maintain proper inventory levels, including receiving and stocking parts
• Merchandise showroom displays and promote accessory sales
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely job completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of powersports equipment (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.).
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
