Class A drivers with one year verifiable experience in the last three years are looking for guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and weekly home time. Driver average pay: $113,000 per year.
Deliveries are 100% touch (freight preloaded, trailer hook-and-go). Driver average pay $2190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast. Full benefits start after 60 days, and training takes 3-5 days.
Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends). A driver may take the truck home if they have a secure parking spot. Riders and pets may be brought after training.
Drug Testing PolicyUrine drug test only. Applicants must never have failed or refused any drug test, even if completed SAP. A former failure or refusal of a DOT drug test disqualifies an applicant regardless of how long ago the incident occurred.
Job Pay and Summary- Drivers pick up loads at DC just outside Rome, NY. Trailers preloaded, hook and go.
- Paid a daily salary of $215 per day plus $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average 900-1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
- Make 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve unloading boxes weighing 1-35 lbs onto a conveyor belt in the store; no inventory or merchandising required.
- After a 34-hour reset, drivers may still be on a load; when the week starts, they finish deliveries then head back to DC for next load.
- Orientation in Dayton generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals and pays $85 per day for orientation.
- Training generally 3-5 days. Double bunk with trainer or use truck first; training paid at daily rate.

- Must live in NY, CT, MD, MA, or RI (exclude Bors or Long Island).
- 21 years old with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
- CDL must be in the state of current residence when applying.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
- No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years; the following may not have in the last three years:
- None with a major traffic violation
- Preventable rear end
- No rollovers
- Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
- May have one of the following moving violations on personal vehicle in the last three years, but none on commercial vehicle:
- 15+
- Reckless
- Following too closely
- Texting or using handheld device
- No felonies in the last seven years (non-sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
