CDL-A Drivers Home Weekly $84KK-$102K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A drivers are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average $1600–$2000+/week.
• Drivers will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver; boxes that weigh between 1–35 lbs are put on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home, they may still be on a load. When the week starts, they finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Orientation takes place in Dayton and is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, and you are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• After training for 3–5 days (paid at $210/Day) the driver can have their pet and rider with them from the first day after training.

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT‑recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following, which you may not have in the last three years:
  • No major traffic violation
  • Preventable rear‑end
  • No rollovers
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what the employer states on the verification.
• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
  • 15+
  • Reckless
  • Following too closely
  • Texting or using a handheld device
  • This is only for personal vehicle. If you have any of these in a commercial vehicle you are not qualified.
