A-Line Staffing is now hiring Coordinator III in Cumberland, RI 02864.
OVERVIEWIn this role, you will provide on-site operational and administrative support to the Property Tax team by managing time‑sensitive documents, reporting, and workflow tracking.
Coordinator III Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
Benefits available after 90 days of full‑time employment; 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates.
Highlights:
Contract assignment with potential to extend based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Hybrid schedule:
Cumberland office onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday).
Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, 40 hours/week.
- Process, sort, and distribute high-volume incoming mail (including tax notices and deadline-driven correspondence).
- Scan, organize, and maintain documentation per established team protocols.
- Retrieve and compile documents from internal systems (e.g., Image Silo, lease systems, TRIRIGA).
- Support workflow coordination and maintain audit-ready records for appeals, payments, and compliance activities.
- Run, distribute, and maintain reports/trackers (Excel-based tracking and reporting).
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and landlords to support time-sensitive work streams.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (including pivot tables and formulas).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 / MS Office Suite.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadline-driven work.
- Excellent communication skills (clear and concise).
- 2+ years of experience supporting a property tax portfolio or similar real estate/compliance/regulatory function (preferred).
- Prior property tax experience (tax notice review, appeals processes, compliance/document control).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related) or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders while managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
