Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

1. High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). 2. Complete a training program approved by the school bus provider or previous experience.
3. Knowledge of health, safety and emergency procedures.
4. Ability to work in a friendly manner with co-workers, students, parents, school department staff and community.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
6. Work with minimum supervision.
7. Ability to adapt to unexpected interruptions of the daily work pattern.
8. Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to team efforts and organizational efforts.
9. Ability to manage students and equipment. 10. Ability to recognize unusual student behavior and advise supervisor. 11. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements. 12. Positive attitude. 13. Successful interview. Position Type:

* Have a growth mindset and a desire to learn;
* Have knowledge of their own personal strengths and weaknesses; and
* Have an ability to interact with others. Application Requirements:
1. Only completed application packets will be reviewed. 2. All completed application packets must contain three (3) current letters of recommendation. At least one letter of recommendation must be provided by a supervisor.
