Amivie - - - Responsibilities:
Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan;
Report deviations in an individual's functional or medical condition to appropriate agency personnel;
Provide services as assigned by the RN Field Supervisor in accordance with the individual's approved service plan;
Demonstrate competence with assigned tasks and perform them in line with the plan of care;
Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, mobility, transfer, and other care tasks as required by the clients needs
