Responsibilities include
  • Perform high-precision TIG welding on various metals
    .
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to ensure exact specifications.
  • Set up and calibrate welding equipment based on material thickness and alloy type.
  • Inspect welds for bubbles, cracks, or other defects to maintain rigorous quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot complex assembly challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven history as a TIG Welder with significant experience in metals handling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of TIG welding techniques (GTAW).
  • Testing: Ability to pass a mandatory "weld test" as part of the on-site interview process.
  • Precision: Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for fine-scale work.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification from a technical school is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $28 - $35/hr
