Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role requires delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products along established routes. This is an indoor/outdoor position that involves a 4‑day workweek, with no nights or weekends and the opportunity to earn commission on a solid base salary.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain professionalism and safety.
• Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.
• Participate in a 10‑week training program.

Required:

• Active driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
