  • Integrate solutions into existing enterprise systems, platforms, and workflows to ensure adoption and operational impact.
  • Accelerate delivery by moving solutions from proof-of-concept to production in a rapid, iterative manner. (One Month)
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions through monitoring, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and data teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance, and security requirements.
  • Maintain solutions in alignment with industry requirements, data governance, and internal audit requirements, ensuring proper controls and documentation are in place.
  • Contribute reusable code, patterns, and components to enterprise platforms to enable scalability and reduce duplication.

The appropriate individual will have clearly demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Five to seven years of AI / LLM technologies including large language models (LLMs), retrieval augmented generation (RAG), or automation frameworks.
  • Background as a hands on Forward Deployed Engineer or within similar rapid AI development background.
  • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across data, application, and integration layers.
  • Strong full-stack technical skills including backend development, data engineering, and system integration. (i.e. React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, AI SDK, Snowflake, Azure, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, PyTorch, VPinecone, Qdrant)
  • Ability to design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and scalable solution architectures.
  • Software engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles that include one or more of the following:
