As a Warehouse Team Member (Order Selector), you will accurately replenish product or fulfill customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products (e.g., bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, litter) from warehousing racks and storage areas to pallets both manually and operating warehouse equipment.

• Safely bend, lift, and move materials up to 60 lbs repeatedly during shift, both manually and by operating warehouse equipment.
• Build pallets accurately, properly, and efficiently to ensure product is not damaged upon delivery to customers.
• Read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers.
• Perform assigned functions, accountabilities, and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Some positions may require working in the walk‑in freezer at temperatures at or below
  -5°F for long periods while wearing required personal protective equipment provided by the company.

• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, high‑reach truck) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High degree of skill and dexterity in operating and safely controlling warehouse equipment.
• Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack is a plus.
• Experience with Infor WMS is a plus.

Part Time – Monday through Wednesday 12pm‑8pm.

Step Progression Pay System. Starting Pay: $19.79 per hour. Guaranteed pay increases after 6 months and another after 1 year of service and beyond. Additional earning opportunities: pay rate increases are scheduled regularly based on length of service.
